Update doesnt work

I downloaded the latest update on tuesday around 2130.
When I open the app, all I get is a G&M logo, the weather bar, and the stock market up or down symbols.
Nothing else loads, even after waiting several minutes. The little icons in the black sidebar onthe side do not work.
